Co-Director of College Counseling
"The Bullis School has been so lucky to be a partner school with Leadership Initiatives from the start. We recognized instantly that the hands-on, experiential programs would be a benefit to our students as they explored potential future career options or further pursued an interest they loved. We have certainly seen that come to fruition. Our students come away from their experiences excited about the opportunity to not only learn more about a career but also to put that knowledge to work.

Many of our students choose to write about their Leadership Initiatives experiences in their college applications with great success. Marshall and the LI staff are responsive, kind, and deeply passionate about creating life-changing opportunities for students. They have been a true pleasure to work with and we can't recommend them enough."

Director of Student Activities
"Leadership Initiatives has created a wonderful program that gives students a week-long immersion into a potential dream job. I am particularly thankful for the student mentorship before, during, and after the internship, especially the college guidance opportunities.

Our students come back from Leadership Initiatives raving about their time in the program and ongoing support they receive from professionals in their desired career path: many continue in the year-long programs and advanced internship opportunities to continue their growth. The Leadership Initiatives staff is unbelievably responsive to and supportive of our students, and we are continually grateful for their ongoing partnership."

Dean of Faculty & Student Development
“During the programs in the Summer, I had the honor of being invited to a day to watch presentations of what our students were doing during the week. I was amazed at the real-life nature of the work our students did; virtually diagnosis patients in Africa, helping a small business design a network security plan, and questioning a witness using actual facts from a real court case were just some of the experiences our students had during the week. When I have approached our students who attended the program, 100% have reported a positive, growth experience with some continuing the work during the school year by raising funds for a Developing World organization. I could not be happier with our decision to join a partner with Leadership Initiatives.”
