



Nicolas Benore is a Senior Operations and Analytics Leader with a 20-year career with experience across various facets of Consumer Lending. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Planning, and Operational Support, Mr. Benore oversees teams responsible for outbound strategy improvements, telephony, workforce management, capacity planning, and NextGen workflow.
He holds an MBA from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Business from Western Michigan University.
Mr. Benore has been on the LI Board for over 10 years and has been passionate about helping young minds pursue their passion. He brings to Leadership Initiatives his passion for community service and development.


The Benore Young Advocates Scholarship aims to empower aspiring legal professionals by providing financial support and mentorship to students pursuing careers in Law and Advocacy. With a focus on fostering the next generation of advocates, the scholarship encourages individuals to develop their skills and passion for justice while contributing to their communities.
Eligibility:
The Benore Young Advocates Scholarship is open to top rising freshmen and graduating seniors who are interested in pursuing a career in Law and Advocacy.
Deadline:
Benore Young Advocates Scholarship applications must be received no later than December 5th, 2025, to be considered. All scholarship recipients will be announced on January 15th, 2026.
Scholarship Award:
The Benore Young Advocates Scholarship will award one full scholarship for the Leadership Initiatives Criminal Law & Trial Internship for one of the following sessions:
• July 19th – July 25th, 2026
• July 26th – August 1st, 2026
The Benore Young Advocates Scholarship Fund will also award ten partial scholarships to promising students to attend the internship program.
