All Summer Internship Program participants are able to submit five grad school application essays for review by our partners at University Connection.

Hundreds of thousands of scholarships exist for upcoming college students, and financial aid and scholarships can be a deciding factor in a student’s ability to attend college.

One of the most important aspects of gaining entrance to the professional world is experience. As the first impression made on an employer, university, or other institution highlighting experience beyond your peers and is often the key to unlocking these doors.

All participants of the Summer Internship Program receive professional development from experts in multiple fields so they can highlight to colleges, universities, and employers what skills they have.

Students use these experiences to highlight on college applications and resumes what they have accomplished. Leadership Initiatives will serve as a reference for all scholarship, school, and job applications for up to six years after the internship is completed.

With participants volunteering their time during the summer to the betterment of communities worldwide, the Summer Internship Program acts as a source of community service hours to fulfill requirements for groups like The National Honors Society.

Leadership Initiatives will work with your school and their community service program to ensure that your work to transform lives is recognized.

Summer Internship Program participants have been accepted into Harvard, Stanford, Georgetown, George Washington University, University of Chicago, Northwestern, MIT, and other top colleges around the globe, due in part to the unmatched experience gained through our internships.

5-Year Reference

Leadership Initiatives will serve as a five year reference for any senior attending our Summer Internship Programs for future jobs and internships
